I need help fast! Graphics card, if it will fit!

Hello there! So its black friday soon so I am going to buy this badboy (if it fits atleast):

It says its a "PCI-E 3.0 Slot". But will it fit into my motherboard? This is the one:

And lastly, the card Im using now:

The slots are the same so yes it will fit.

Okay, sounds good, but the graphics card I use now is PCI-E 2.0 right? The one I want to buy is PCI-E 3.0, so that doesnt matter?
