FX 4100 with GTX 750 ti or Radeon R7 260x?

Hi! I have an old fx4100 cpu in my PC and a Hd6670 gpu. Im wanting to make it better for gaming. Which of these GPUs is better and what manufacturer should I choose? Does the mono and CPU impact gaming much and would any of these GPUs bottleneck my system?

My system atm:
Fx4100
Hd6670
8gb ram
Asus m5a97 r2.0

The GPU and CPU are the main performance variables when it comes to gaming. The GTX 750 Ti has a slight edge on the R7-260X...depending on the game and settings: http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1130?vs=1044
I would probably choose the GTX 750 Ti. Nvidia drivers are a bit more refined with less overhead too.

Thanks for the fast reply, do you also know if the gtx 750 ti works well with my fx 4100 and mono? And is it big differences between the manufacturers? :D
