There are no "best" brands out there for graphics cards. STRIX is one of Asus' lines of graphics cards dedicated for gaming. Try the MSI GTX 960 4GB gaming graphics card. It has a 1.24Ghz core clock, Twin FROZR V cooling (Very, very quiet, yet a great cooling system), and supports G-SYNC. There is also the EVGA GTX 960 4GB SuperSC ACX 2.0+ graphics card. It has a 1.28Ghz core clock and has great cooling as well.

I agree. It is not worth it buying a 4 Gb gtx 960. If possible, I would recommend getting an older card, or just cheaper like the 750ti or 950 for the time being, and then this spring when Pascal is released (next gen nVidia cards) get one of those, they are supposed to have much more vram. Otherwise, just get the best 2Gb 960 there is.
