How to boost WIfi Card Signal

You do realize that is a red flag for people to ask "WHY"
So....why?

Anyway...all you can do is get a slightly better WiFi adapter. But you already have a PCI-E 802.11n adapter. Doubtful anything you could buy would be substantially 'better'.
To 'boost the signal' needs to 1) either be 'boosted from the router end, or 2) move closer to the router.
