Hi, I have a i5 Acer Veriton, and I recently purchased a GTS 450. I had the card tested and stressed it works fine, my computer has had several different graphics cards in it over the past 2 years and I never had a problem with it. But for some reason this GTS 450 wont display anything to the monitor. I also have a GTX 560 Ti and that also don't work, my power supply is a corsair cx 430 I was told the power supply should be fine, but I also tried my generic 500 watt power supply just in case. So I need help and any I can get I appreciate it

Depending on your motherboard , many of these power hungry cards require a 4 pronged power plug in addition to the normal existing power cables you're used to . I have two AMD motherboards that have this feature . This is in addition to the 6 or 8 pin power cables to the cards themselves . You might be under powered .
