My Z170 Pro Gaming went into Bios first start no problems. Loaded windows7 64 bit form disc still all good, Put the support DVD in drive started to copy software then PC switch ON/OFF/ON/OFF repeatedly removed battery from board replaced then went back to bois uploaded latest BIOS but as soon as windows starts it goes back to ON/OFF/ON repeatedly any ideas will be much appreciated

M/board Z170 Pro Gaming [ Asus ] CPU i5 6600K tried with second PSU, ram shouldn't cause this problem as its recommended for DDR4 platform
Windows loaded fine not until I tried to load support software for the m/board, did the fault occur, then it continued with the board removed from the case
and every thing except the CPU removed from the board no ram no GPU in it. Removed the cmos battery shorted the RTC RAM pins replaced battery, once again bios fine only when you boot windows does it start to switch on/off/on/off repeatedly
