Windows 10 has been having memory dramas for sometime now that should have been addressed in the major update due to it's way of compression. Still there are various reasons why it can still happen from malware, drivers and Networking.

If you have a killer nic on your motherboard, search killer nic memory leak as reference if you do have this network adapter.

Last post, op solved it him self by entering this command running msconfig in administrator to stop Windows Network Data Usage Monitoring Driver.

sc config NDU start= disabled

See if it helps, its not certain this is the problem but theres a lot of win10 memory leak posts most eventually pointing to networking drivers/services.
