Very light buzzing from A-C power cord connector when PSU is off or on

So this is probably a very minor thing but I thought I'd ask
recently bought the cooler master V450S and installed it in my PC, but I noticed if the wall power is on, there is a slight buzzing whenever the ~230VAC power cord is connected to the PSU, regardless of whether the PSU switch is on or off. The sound stops when the wall power is turned off. I have tried with the cooler master cable that came with it and also another one, and propped up the end of the cable so the plug sits nicely in the power supply plug, but it is still there, a very faint and occasional buzzing sound which I am guessing is from electricity (no duh)
It isn't the PSU because as I said it happens even when the unit is turned off and the PC is off.
Is this something to worry about or no? also the PC itself is fine, typing this on the PC itself :)
I'm sure it's the contacts in the wire plug but I thought I would check.

Solution
That buzzing is caused by the voltages not being grounded properly. The three prong connector attached to the end of the 230VAC connector is sufficient in grounding but you may have the wrong adapter, regardless if it came with the PSU. Take the time to troubleshoot and connect it into another outlets. If buzzing persists than your PSU is unhealthy and not cycling the power correctly.
