ACCORDING TO CPUID MONITOR it says my airflow is at 33 Celsius and im only using the pc on normal internet use is that a normal temp?

Air temp is not measured on any system. Likely that's your CPU core or CPU package temp, and yes, 33°C is a pretty normal temp for a low load or idle condition.
