I assume that it also includes a full working operating system. Win 7 or Win 8.1?

If you are in the USA, not a great deal although you get a going concern. If you are almost anywhere else, it is a good deal.

Windows is not included.

I am in Central Europe, so prices are much higher here. Also, Is there a smaller case, I can later put the components into? I can easily leave the optical drive out, I really don't need that. I was hoping this machine would fit in a SG05, or SG06 case, but it just cant happen, even if I cut the front panel.

I can be a watchmaker for a day, to get a really small build. :) this Cooler Master Elite 130 is quite big.

I checked this RVZ02B before, it looked huge, but now I can see that it is actually really small 12 litres, and it fits into a backpack better than a shoebox style case. I will research this, maybe I can transfer these parts into that. Thanks!
