Safe Mode without Keyboard

So my computer has the blue screen of death and I am trying to go into safe mode from the boot screen. The problem is that I have keyboards but they are all USB keyboards and this is an old computer so it doesn't work and I would need a PS2 keyboard to do it. How do I get into safe mode without a keyboard if possible? It is Windows Xp so I don't know what to do. Please tell me if I just have to buy a new keyboard. Thanks in advance!

you could look into a PS2/USB adapter, but other than that I don't know of any other way.

borrow a ps2 keyboard from a friend?...otherwise not really (nothing else that i know of)
