Have I made a stupid mistake

I bought my PC components this morning I was rushing and stupidly bought the wrong psu. Cosair builders series cx 600w 80+ bronze. I'm running this with a msi r9 390 and i5 6500 will the computer even boot with such a bad psu. I was ordering a sea sonic 620 but they sold out yesterday.

So am I ok or just made a huge mistake??

would this PSU be ok its on sell at scan also

Corsair 650 Watt RMx Fully Modular RM650X ATX PSU/Power Supply

or is there something cheaper i can get. Not care if its modular or not

stay away from mid end Corsair PSU's look for something made by XFX or SeaSonic anything made from these brands are high quality psu's
