Can My rig play witcher 3 on ultra @ 60fps?

hey guys im planning on getting witcher 3 and a gtx 970 this winter. my rig is intel i 4440 @ 3.1 ghz
8gb 1600mhz hyper x fury ram
gtx 970
500 watt thermaltake psu
1.5 tb
cooler master seidon 120v plus cooler

and also will the psu affect my performance??

Though your processor is nearing its shelf life you should have no issues with the 970 bottlenecks since the boost technology works rather well with stock settings. You should achieve maximum performance with your card but also look into getting the i5-4690k

my processor bottlenecks with the gtx 970?...ive seen some benchmarks on youtube i5 4440 and gtx 970 and they get a average 50-60 fps on high - ultra with just 6 gb of ram.
