1150 mobo with overclocking capability for g3258?

Which mobo doesn't require a BIOS update? A lot of the ones I have found need a bios update.

alright, about to buy Asus z97 pro 3 mobo, found out it has the right bios vesion. made an error above. Will it work?

BUT
You don't need a z97 motherboard as they are useful for K processors only
