Do I need to reapply thermal paste

When I put thermal paste i putted the heatsink than after that I removed it do I need to ? My thermal paste finshed and will take days to come

Yes, if you lifted the heatsink, then the thermal paste needs cleaned off and reapplied.

You can just spread the original paste evenly and place the cooler again. Look after the temperature in bios/uefi after that.
