I'm going to be building a PC in the near future and wasn't sure what I should build. I play games like portal 2, minecraft, blacklight retribution, and planet side 2, and I want to run them at medium to high settings at 60 fps. Max budget is 650 USD but would like to go cheaper if possible. Nvidia gpu preferred. Thanks

This is assuming your resolution is at 1080p. You could drop the SSD, as you don't have to have it for gaming, but it's nice when your doing other things.
