What GPU to chose

I got my eyes on a prebuild pc and I can choose between:

PALIT GTX 960 JETSTREAM 4GB DDR5
Palit Super Jetstream GeForce GTX 960 2GB GDDR5

The Super version has higher clock speed, but the normal one has 4gb of ram and I'm not sure which one is better.

The 960 can't use more than 2GB effectively due to it being 128bit, what is the price difference between them at the store you will purchase from?
