Is this Dell laptop good for minecraft and MS office?

Found a dell laptop with 2.2GHz AMD A8-7410 quad-core processor, up to 2.5GHz with Turbo, 12GB DDR3L 1600MHz RAM, 2TB 5400 RPM

It will be fine for MS office. The A8-7410 APU is about equal to a Core i3 CPU, but only if all 4 cores are being taken advantage of. The integrated Radeon R5 (Beema) graphics core is rather weak; it is only about equal to an Intel HD 4000 graphics core which is 3 generations old by now. It is good enough to play Minecraft with decent performance. Installing Optifine will improve performance since it disables some graphic effects.
