I have an Xbox One. Will a PC build with a gtx 950 be worth it?

i believe what makes the big difference in gaming is DirectX 12 (Which will become very important and common in games sooner than you expect) and also 4k Gaming , which your choice, meaning gtx 950 only has basic directX 12 Features and can not handle 4K gaming, which suggests you should keep your money and wait 1-2 year for The next Generation Graphic Cards(Which is way Better) and then go all out with a better budget.
Good luck.

only if you plan on usein the pc for other stuff besides gaming,
if you only game you can stick with xbox one.
if you want a pc to game and say work or other things, internet, office, school.. then it is most definitely worth it,
PC also have steam and the games are cheaper, so in the long run it will pay off. having a computer around never hurts just depends if you want a gamig one or just one to have. a 950 will be a game changer comig from an x box one even a ps4 grafics on a PC are undoubtly out of the leage of console, so it nice. but if you just want to come home sit on the couch and play as easy as poping a dvd in then you will want to stick with xbox one. pcs are great pc4 are good, i wouldn't touch an xbox one with a stick, but i do have a xbox controler to play the latest games on pc and that is the greatness of PC it just works. with about anything.
