I was playing around in MSI command center and I must have accidentally done something because now my computer is running a lot slower (more specifically the CPU). I ran a 3D Mark test and my physics score for my i7-4790k is only 2,011 when before it had been 12,491. It have been checking temps while it has been running and they never went over 40 degrees C and when it was doing the physics test, the temp were at a stable 30 C. I don't know what I might have done and need some help.

I have not done any overclocking (intentionally - I think I might have clicked the OC Genie in MSI command center on accident). My frequencies for each core is 800MHz and the max value for the clock speed for each core is also set at 800MHz. I don't know if those were the values you wanted but that is what I am assuming.
