Hi,

Will i run into any cpu heating issue with the CM 130 case if im just going with stock cooler?
ive read that it can be an issue due too the psu sitting right above it.

Not planning to OC.

This is what i plan to build

case: CM 130 Elite
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170N-WIFI
CPU: i5-6500 Skylake
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming 4GB
RAM: HyperX Fury DDR4 2133MHz 8GB
PSU: Cooler Master G550M
HDD: random SSD and 7200rpm hdd's i took out of my old laptop
Any comments on the parts ive picked out is much appreciated

as a side note, i plan on using this together with my old laptop. Im sick of buying those expensive "gaming laptops" so i just bought a controller board for the old laptop screen. And with a new keyboard and a 3meter hdmi/usb/aux cable, it'll be like a cheap but supergood laptop for couch gaming^^

There are other cases you could use. Have you looked at the Silverstone Milo ML08, or the Silverstone RVZ02b. Bigger and flatter, but only 4" thick. Silverstone also makes some good, compact mITX cases.

The heat was based on previous generation Haswell. That case is a bit like a Chinese puzzle and needs to be assembled very carefully.
