Everyone, I have read the detailed list of things to attempt to fix this problem. But my monitor still will not display. I have reset the CMOS, have only one ram plugged in the first slot. The rig is on and all 3 system fans are on as well as the CPU fan and the both GPU fans are on. I am stumped. I have tried other DVI cables as well a HDMI to a other monitor.

GPU: GTX 960 2gb SSC
Ram: 4gb Ballistic
PSU: 500 w EVGA
1tb seagate
