I am currently running

Intel i5 4460 3.2 GHz
8GB Kingston HyperX FURY White 1866MHz
MSI Z97s KRAIT
Sapphire R9 270X 2GB
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
Western Digital Caviar 1TB
Corsair VS650
NZXT S340 White
+ some NZXT White Leds and some nzxt fans

and i'm thinking of buying another 270x for christmas to crossfire?

Solution
No. The 270X needs two PCIe power connectors, for a total of four. The VS 650 has only two connectors. In addition, I would not run a pair of 180W GPUs on that PSU. It is not high performance enough. and it is marginal as to power. (I'd rather be using 750W)

you require 4x6 pin power connectors for R9 270X crossfire, but I think the VS 650 has 2.

Other than that it is not a quality power supply. It will handle it fine but because It's not a strong power supply I wouldn't want to put too much weight on it.
