I just spent 900 bucks upgrading some parts, i7 4790K GAZ97 UD3H, Seasonic G 650, MSI GTX 980 card and that will rebuild my PC.
I have these parts that will be sold as a working gaming PC the case is not listed but it holds everything and has decent looks (replaced for a customer that bought a Cyberpower PC). The i5 2500K overclocks like a golden chip. The PSU is the TX V2 model made by Seasonic.
Parts list USD. I'm thinking in the $600/700 area for a very quick sell.
