Dual Slot Graphics Card in Dell Optiplex 760 Mini Tower?

Solution
I use to have an optiplex to play with but no longer. I cannot say that the cooler's shroud will fit into that space. I know that the tower is just a little further back then the end of the PCI-E x16 slot. So it COULD fit judging from the odd angle of the picture. However, the double slot bracket is the bigger problem since it will not have an adjacent empty slot. You can find some single slot brackets online and replace this one or remove the bracket altogether but the card will not have any support the if you remove the bracket.

Lastly the standard power supply the dells have are 305W MAX.

only if its VERY VERY short. and has to have only a single slot bracket.
It has to fit short of the heat sink tower and the connector bracket must be single slotted.
You can have a short dual slot cooler but not bracket.

This is because the slot is the inner most slot and abuts the heatsink

for the most part yes. They cannot be too long. Some of the newer larger PS tend to be longer than conventional ones. I dont know the exact length. Lastly, on the power connector, if you look at some PS, the plastic shroud that wraps around the connector is very thick. there is very little clearance from where the edge of the opening, i had to shave down the plastic edges on the shroud.
