Whenever I start my pc the CPU heatsink gets super loud, I hear 1 beep, but the monitor is blank.
The CPU fan stays really loud until I turn it off.
I'm thinking it's the BIOS since the BIOS controls the RPM of the CPU fan and if the BIOS isn't working then the CPU fan gets out of control.
I've tried resetting the BIOS so many different ways but still the same thing happens.
The PSU seems to work, the case fans are all on, the GPU fan is on, everything seems to be working fine except for the CPU fan and that the display isn't showing on the monitor.
