Black Ops 3 on PC Settings equivalent to Xbox one?

I have a GTX 860m gpu and it's slightly better than what consoles nowadays have so i'd like to know what settings look as closely to console as possible.

Console ports have a lot of time put into optimization. Even if your hardware is slightly better than an Xbox One, it won't perform nearly as well at the same settings because PC ports have to have well-rounded optimization where console ports can focus efforts on one set of hardware. Being that the PS4 and XBone both have the same GPU and CPU, it's even more well optimized.

The Xbox One realistically probably runs at a medium / low mix - stuff like textures and shadows higher and the rest on low.
