So basicaly Im an architecture student who use lots of cad,3dsmax(vray) & adobe's software but at the same time I will be using it for gaming too! (Assasin creed, Grid, battlefield GTA) But I'm not a heavy gamer and i dont mind my games running at medium/high settings. So is this setting is good enough for my kind usage?

Processor: Intel Core i7-4790k
MoBo: Asus H97-Pro Gamer
Memory: HyperX Fury 1600Mhz 8x2Gb (16Gb)
GPU: Asus GTX750ti OC Strix 2GB
PSU: Corsair CSM 650W
HDD: WD Blue 1TB / WD Green 2TB
Disc Drive: Asus DVD RW
Case: Cooler Master K380
SSD: Do I really need it? theyre expensive and exceed my budget limit.

Note that I'm not going to overclock it and my budget is within these setup above.

Hope you guys can help me on deciding whats best to buy because I am new to this. Thank you!
