Hello, I recently ordered components in order to build a pc. Please tell me if there is any potential problems that may exist. I do not think there are any but would like to make sure. Thank you all in advance and here is the parts list:

Bad choice of power supply. A high quality 550w is really all you need anyway. I would prefer an H170 over an H110 board. Finally I wouldn't get a cheap liquid cooler, they don't work that well and the stock cooler works fine for this build:

Liquid cooler is unnecessary with a locked i5 and introduces additional potential failure opportunities into the system, including pump failure and leaks. The H110 board has very limited features. A H170 would probably be better for a gaming system. The Rosewill PSU is average and you could have bought a much higher quality unit for the same money in 550 watt range which would be more than enough for your build.

Comments:

-liquid cooling is not needed. stock cooler is enough. you don't need an upgraded one since you are not overclocking.
-your motherboard is low-end.
-poor choice of psu.

Recommendations:

-get a haswell build and budget your money better. the one i'm recommending will perform better. the xeon is equivalent to an i7-4770 which will give you a nice performance boost.
-get an ssd. with some tweaking you can easily afford it and your machine will be much more snappy.

I cannot replace all of the components, but all of you are saying that I should ditch the PSU and watercooler. Is there a well priced high quality PSU I can buy from microcenter? (The microcenter location at Tustin)
