i7-3770K won't go past 4.4 GHz

I've been overclocking my i7-3770K for over a year now and now when i try to push it past 4.4ghz to say 4.8 ghz, it will revert back to a max of 4.4 GHz when i boot into the OS.

Specs:
CPU: i7-3770K
Mobo: ASrock Z75 Pro3
CPU Cooler: Coolermaster Seidon 120V

I had to load the default settings for my mobo and then change my core multipliers along with the Voltage then it worked just fine
