Hi,
I am looking to buy/build a PC that is 400-500$ after all costs. I do not need an OS. I plan to use this for gaming so i would like to run most games low to medium settings. I don't plan to over clock if not needed to. I will need a monitor as well.Hopefully not needing an OS will pay for that.

Thanks,
Nick

NerdRage has a good system, but low end builds such as these should have future expansion options, especially when they are the same price.

The EVGA Power Supply is very good and will handle any future CPU or GPU changes. The PSU is also 20 dollars cheaper leaving us room for a better GPU, such as the GTX 960. The N200 case is just a personal preference, but really pick whatever you like, as the case is all you will really see. Best of luck to you.

Personally wouldn't recommend that psu. I picked the lowest priced good quality one I could find. 600b is one of evga's most basic series. A lot of people overlook their psu and either have problems they can't figure out or a machine that won't turn on.
