hello! I created a hotspot on my Acer laptop using CMD, wifi works perfectly on mobile phones,but I can't connect to the wifi

I'm not quite clear. You say you cant cannect to the wifi but its unclear what device you are trying to connect with and which wifi you are trying to connect to.
It almost sounds like you are trying to connect the acer laptop to its own hotspot wifi. LoL
Can you clear up my confusion please. Thanks.

What is the operating system of your HP Laptop?

If it's Windows Vista or 7, you may need to go to Network and Sharing Center > Manage Wireless Networks > Delete the existing wireless network that you are trying to connect then restart.

If still recurring, you may need to manually input SSID and Encryption settings via the same page.

But if this is Windows 8, Change PC settings > Network > Then forget the network

Another source of this issue is that you network adapter may not be compatible for the 802.11 version of the hotspot.

You can also try to change the encryption settings of your hotspot
