Hi good afternoon everyone. I've recently built my gaming pc but there is a problem.
The problem is that whenever I start a steam game like Rome 2 emperor edition and Hearts of iron 3. The screen goes like this http://postimg.org/image/ux2jvsj9f/. I don't know why.
Also when I tried to run furmark it would load for 5 seconds then the screen would go like this http://postimg.org/image/s8x90ukbr/ after that, the fans would spin really loud like they are spinning at their 100%. So i just tend to restart my PC.
Since I have windows 10 I figured that might the reason that's causing the problem so I plugged in my USB that contains games and emulator. I ran Warcraft frozen throne to it's highest settings and I also played Phoenix wright ace attorney and everything ran fine. However I have an all in one computer that has windows 10 and It ran Rome 2 without any problems. (though it's laggy since it's an all in one computer).
So since I was confused I just looked around for solutions some said it might be the PSU or the graphics card but I'm fairly confident I have enough wattage. Feel free to check my PC specs to make sure I have enough wattage. I have to idea how to test the graphics but since I ran Warcraft frozen throne fine I figured the graphics card is alright.

PS there's two fan in the case by the way.
I don't know if this info is important but after I put every single part when It booted up I installed windows 10 downloaded the right drivers using driver booster. Installed steam and norton 360.
