Currently I own a 144hz 1080p monitor and have been considering upgrading my GPU, a possible option would be the 980ti. Would this be a good investment taking into account the fact I will probably upgrade to 1440p around next year or the year after, or is the 980ti "overkill"?
Is the 980ti a good investment right know if i'm going to upgrade to 1440p in the next year or two?
