I need help! When I play GTA v and drive down to los santos my fps drops from50-60 to 5-15 and I can't play!My specs are: Intel Core i3 530 2.93 ghz-4gb of ram- GeForce Gtx 750 ti. Please tell me if I should change something hardware ( ex RAM) or should I tweak the graphics settings more.Btw this happens even when I have my graphics settings fully lowered ! Help!

It looks like it's either the RAM or the CPU or both together. You see your i3 is pretty old and is pretty weak. When you get in the car, CPU is stressed a lot which is why a quad core is recommended for GTA V - there is a lot of things to render.
It will also help to get 8GB of RAM = will help too.

Try getting additional 4GB of RAM. Even if it won't help in GTA V, you won't waste your money - it's useful to have 8GB over 4GB.
