Hi For some reason after my new sky box was installed my TV doesn't recognise it, it knows there is a hdmi cable connected but Keeps saying no signal can anyone help?

Does the LED on the Sky box change from red to green when you press the power button on the remote (Sky boxes sometimes freeze )
Are you manually selecting the correct input on the TV as auto detect does not always work ?
