I have a project that requires me to find a game for Windows Server 2008 and employee can access the game.

What is the process of downloading games such as Minecraft, Team Fortress on the Windows Server 2008 without turning it into a workstation?

What do you mean by "Employee can access the game"?
Are you building a game server where people connect with their own computers and play together, or you want a game playable on the server' console?

I want to have a game in the server for people to access it on their computer. A game playable on their desktops.

Not all games support shared access from a server. In general, if a game needs to be installed, you are out of luck (unless that game is specifically designed for server installation).

Forget about installing CS or BF in that way.
