Hi I'm in a video game design program using programs such as 3ds max. unity. photoshop so far (only in first year don't know any other programs we'll be using). I don't have any computer building skills and I would like to know if the PC's below would be good. My budget (including monitor, keyboard and mouse) would be max $1600 Canadian... I also don't really have or know anyone with PC building skills..

Teachers also suggested get i7 and a good graphic card but I have no idea which one is good for my price range.

Of the five you linked the first one has the best GPU. However I'm not sure exactly what level of GPU you will need in a video game design program, it's too bad they didn't give you any better information.

Have you considered attempting to build it yourself? It's really not very difficult (about as hard as putting together Ikea furniture). Watch some youtube videos on it and see if it's something you would consider. For $1600 canadian you could get a great build like this:

They did mention to get a NVIDIA graphic card. There was also a recommended laptop the ASUS ROG series but I don't really want to do my work on a laptop..

As for building, I have fears. Knowing my luck I'll build it and it'll not work..
