Hi guys, I am looking for a low budget graphics card for playing not too complex games on e.g Tactical intervention and Call Of Duty: World at War. I am not looking to play games such as GTA V etc. So what is the best graphics card for under £60 that I can use to get World at War up to around 60 fps? Any help would be highly appreciated.

GTA V @ 60 fps takes more than a "low budget" gfx card if you are gaming at 1080p. £60 will get you into a R7-240, R7-250, or GT 730. None of them are 60 fps cards at 1080p. If you game at one of the 720p resolutions, you might get playable framerates with reduced settings.
