Core 2 quad compatible with Dell Optiplex 745 mini tower?

Hi everyone,
I was looking to upgrade the Dell Optiplex 745's core 2 duo e6300 to a core 2 quad q9550. They have the same socket, but I've read that the motherboard may not accept it and I'm also concerned about max motherboard wattage. Basically, can I swap out the e6300 with a q9550? Thanks.

The limitation is the chipset, its the front side bus speed is 1066Mhz, the q9550 FSB speed is 1300Mhz

This 745 motherboard has had its capacitors changed out with high temp polymer caps.
The CPU runs hot
Video AMD 7750HD
Highbred SSD 1TB
8GB ram
Have a WiFi in the PCI slot, YouTube will studder when hooked to the Ethernet port, disabling WiFi fixes it.
OS Windows 10
