I just finished my new build, and lacking a descent graphics card. I don't need anything too powerful, as I only watch Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube videos in 1080p, and occasionally play Guild Wars 2, The Sims 3 & 4. My CPU is an Intel core i3 4160 @360ghz, and I have gigs of DDR3 ram, Windows 8.1 Pro. Budget is $100.
