The graphics card after 1 month of use was no longer being detected by the motherboard for unknown reason.

Current new build.
I7 4790k
asus z97-a mobo
8gb ram 2133
256gb crucial ssd
1tb WD black hdd
No card
windows 10

The problem i am having is i switched out hardware and when i plug in the 970 my pc wont boot.
When i plug in my old 760 the pc will boot up. But even without pci-e cables the fans on the 760 spin at max speed just being hooked up to the motherboard.
My PC will not detect the 760 either. I have reformated my ssd 3 or 4 times. And can not get my pc to detect my GPU, even though I now have a completely new motherboard and cpu.

The 970 is working and the pc is booting. However Now when i try to plug in my second hard drive and try to launch to bios im not able to move the mouse or anything? CMOS? it keeps booting to my HDD instead of my SSD, which is what i wana change in the bios.
