Newegg Shipping Help

Yesterday I purchased several items because of the Black Friday sales going on. Of course, this is a very lucrative time of the year for both retails and thieves alike. Not only are the holidays nearing but with newegg shipping my package within the week I'm a little bit worried about my new PC components ending up stolen. Items have been stolen from my doorstep in the past (not even around the holidays when thefts like this are common) and I'm wondering whether my computer parts would be treated as a large delivery and require a signature or if it'd just be left at my doorstep. I got a Rosewill Thor V2 and built an entirely new PC from scratch if that makes a difference.
*edit* I just realized that it's unlikely it'd be treated like a large item as that is usually something like furniture and I doubt my measly little full tower and components are significant enough to do this but the question remains anyways just in case

Solution
Have you tried calling NewEgg and asking if they sent it Signature Required? If you have tracking information and know its coming UPS, you can go on their website and sign up for My Choice and schedule your deliveries for when you can be there. Same thing for Fedex, they have Delivery Manager. With USPS, you can just talk to your mailman or leave a note saying you will pick up any packages at the Post Office.

Since you stated Newegg! You can track your packages and see the day they will be delivered. (have a neighbor look for the delivery) UPS usually delivers about the same time always in the area you live in, you could plan your day to be their then.
The last option would be to contact newegg first after the delivery was not received and tell them you did not get the items, from their it's to contact your CC company and stop the payment for goods you did not receive, this will cut you off from ordering from them again.
