I have a tower with windows 10(upgraded from 8.1) installed on a mechanical drive. I'm adding a 250GB 850 Evo and want the easiest way to reinstall windows on it. I'd like to completely reinstall, meaning no keeping things etc. Like a factory reset.
I have my 8.1 installation media, but can't find the little card with the key on it... System properties isn't listing my current activation code either. Windows 10 doesn't have them? I feel like I heard that.
Suggestions on the easiest transition?
