Need help with RAM compatibility

2 of my ram sticks are dead, and I need to replace them.
These are the 2 working ram sticks that I have http://imgur.com/rQuzueo
I am looking at these sticks from the same manufacturer http://

I noticed that on my stick it says "2rx8" and on the one I want to buy it's only "1rx8", what does it mean and will they be compatible on my board. I have checked and they're both 240 pin, which my MOBO calls for.

You should always by RAM in kits to ensure that they work properly in dual/quad channel mode. Buying another stick of what you already have may or may not work as sometimes the manufacturer switches modules during production. the 1rx8 and 2rx8 designate whether they are single or double sided.
