Good pc for AAA games

Hey guys I dont know alot about computers and I was wondering if this is a good rig for the AAA games like gta dying light and fallout 4 with some good fps.
Here are specs.
Processor: intel i7-6400k
Processor Speed: 4.0ghz
System memory ram: 16 gb
Graphics card: Nvidia gtx 960 4 gb
Video memory: 4 gb
Liquid cooling
128gb SSD
2tb harddrive
Intel turbo boost
Motherboard: intel z170

Heres the thing. My girlfriend bought me that PC that I specified earlier and I want to know if I can get atleast 60 fps on atleast medium settings before I open it so I can return it if not. Would that PC be able to run the games on around medium settings with high fps

Depends on your monitor resolution. 1080P - easily. 1440P - will get decent FPS, but may struggle a bit. 4K - no way.
