Help me build my pc for $700-$800! *Canadian*

Looking to get the best possible gaming desktop for under $700-$800! It's going to be a challenge but I know theres someone out there who can help me. I don't need a os or a monitor, I would like to the graphics up as high as possible with a good frame rate. I don't need them up on ultra but if you can make a pc that can run high with a good frame rate thats great. I would be playing alot of the newer games like bo3, fallout 4, dying light. Can anyone help me make the best possible pc for this money? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Quick question, are you planning on an AMD build, or an Intel build?

I think I'm going with AMD because its only a gaming pc so it sees like it would he more worth getting and then spending some more money on a better graphics card. Do you think that makes sense?

Come on man, don't try to start a war against AMD and Intel. Anyway, on the money you saved by buying an AMD CPU, you can buy a better GPU

AMD are awesome for multitasking, so if your waiting for a game to load and you have 2 or more monitors, you can watch youtube videos or browse the internet. Plus if you want to skype someone while your playing the game, it won't slow down the speed of your game

Ok so I've herd reasons why to choose intel and amd, what would you guys recommend for my budget? I want to get the best gaming performance from this so I'm fine with either. I had an amd and intel and they were both fine. If anyone can find the best build with both would be great! :) Thanks for all the feedback.
