Asrock 970 Pro3 R2.0 and Corsair 1600 memory

will this memory module Corsair 8GB Vengeance - CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 (8 GB, PC3-12800 (DDR3-1600)) work with this board. Have checked Asrock website and didn't see it listed.

the Asrock 970 Pro3 R2.0 guarantees only supports up to 1333 mhz of memory, when using a memory of 1600mhz or higher you have to Overclock your memory which is not guaranteed to work depending on your whole system configuration such as CPU
