This is my first gaming PC been wanting to build one for two years but whenever I had saved enough something came up and I needed the money. (Fingers Crossed this time) Please tell me what you guys think and any improvements I could make to this PC I have spent along time researching and I think this should get me the most Bang for the Buck on the Intel side of things.
I will mainly be playing GTA 5, Witcher 3, Cities Skylines, Battlefield 4. Can you guys let me know what FPS I should achieve with this Build. Thanks In advance.

Very nice build, only thing I would change I the RAM. 2x4gb will allow the memory to run in dual channel mode.

Id also stump up for a full copy of Windows, not OEM as it will make life easier and cheaper in the long run with future upgrades as it wont be tied to the motherboard.

As for fps in games just Google some 960 benchmarks, that system will allow a 960 to run at maximum performance so any good benchmark should be a good indication of what your system will do.

He's right about the dual channel memory, it does make a noticeable difference. However you will be fine with a single stick for now, so if you plan on doubling up it would be best to get a single stick that is commonly bought. There is nothing wrong with used memory from EBay though when you decide to get another one, just try to match it with the same model to ensure compatibility. I find processors are the best component to get on EBay. Video cards often have issues, and memory prices at least here where I live seem sort of high compared to Newegg although sometimes I'll put offers out and get a good deal on things like memory too.
