Hello Everyone
I recently made my own computer , touch wood everything is working properly .
I have a question regarding the " asus optimal mode in the BIOS ."
BIOS There are three options :
-energy safe
-normal
-ASUS optimal mode .
Asus H81M - K and processor i3 4170 3.7MHz and cooler cm Hyper 103
I chose optimal mode , so I wonder whether it is safe to use ?
I worked OCCTP test after few hours gaming CPU temperature does not exceed 50-55 degrees .
if I may safely use optimal fashion and what is your experience ? sorry for my english

Solution
You should be fine. Your temps are good, so no need to worry.

You have a locked CPU, so this program shouldn't "Auto Overclock" it, which is typically bad with unlocked (Intel K CPUs) because you are not in control of the Vcore voltage, and it's all downhill from there.

Let me know if you have any questions or if you are confused about something, and no need to apologize for your English. We are all here to help. :)
